Boos Resource and Technology Group, parent company of IngenAE, LLC,
expands service offering through acquisition of Genesis Solid Waste Group

ST. LOUIS, MO (February 25, 2016): Boos Resource and Technology Group, LLC, parent company of IngenAE, LLC and Blue Flame Crew, LLC, announced the purchase and acquisition of Genesis Solid Waste Group, INC of St. Louis, MO, a solid waste engineering and compliance services company, earlier this month. Coinciding with Boos’ environmentally and energy-focused solutions for construction management, infrastructure, natural gas and industrial services, the acquisition is a significant milestone that provides additional services to the company’s clients in the US and abroad as well as adding a new office in Missouri.

IngenAE, LLC provides architecture, engineering, and environmental consulting services for multiple sectors including retail, real estate, financial, and waste management. In response to strong client demand and matched company success, IngenAE has rapidly grown to three offices in Indiana, Illinois and now Missouri. IngenAE provides services to customers in many states from the Midwest to the West Coast.

Genesis Solid Waste Group, INC is an engineering firm with over 20 years of experience located in St. Louis, MO and provides engineering and consulting services throughout the Midwest from Illinois to Colorado primarily in the Waste Management sector. Genesis Solid Waste Group president Ed Shepard will join IngenAE as the Vice President of Engineering.
